I run an independent editorial office, operating entirely outside corporate structures. So far, I have invested thousands of hours of work into research, analysis, and building my own technological infrastructure. We are talking about a sophisticated tech stack that Bellingcat would not be ashamed of. Servers, applications, AI models, including special mass data aggregation tools, connections to AI models consuming data, and the presentation layer, i.e., websites and applications.
I am not looking for support to pay for my time or work. I put that in for free as part of the mission to provide reliable information. However, I need support in breaking through the "operational ceiling" and financing external costs that I am no longer able to cover alone at the current scale of investigations. And the scale is immense.
Where do your funds go?
Your support is not my salary; it is fuel for the development of projects. I allocate funds exclusively to:
- Project ARACHNE - ADVERTISING COMBINE – I am proceeding with the issue of, among others, DPA (UODO) violations on UMŁ websites and the monetization of residents. (final stage - publication of material)
- protest.lodz.pl – map of protests in Łódź. (beta status)
- UMŁ Monitoring – Expansion of tools for monitoring local government. Push notifications and real-time alerts. (production with feature expansion)
- Algorithms and Disinformation – Researching mechanisms of manipulating recommendation algorithms and identifying sources of disinformation.
- Project ARIEL - satellite imagery (research)
- Other projects related to extremism on social media, YT, and manipulating recommendation systems.
How to provide support?
- Choose the amount: PayPal (one-time) or Ko-fi (one-time/recurring).
- Provide NIP (VAT ID): If you are a company and need an invoice, enter your NIP in the "Message" field.
- No NIP: I issue a standard personal invoice (in accordance with VAT requirements).

Signal Dadalo Media is registered as an editorial office under a business activity, which is an active VAT payer. Every payment is booked as operating income of the publisher and taxed (VAT 23%). In the case of project development, I will consider the possibility of obtaining financing from European funds.
